Aramco FADHILI Gas Increment Project Firestop Supply by KRON Company | INCA Firestop Systems
The Fadhili Gas Increment Project is a major expansion of Saudi Aramco’s Fadhili Gas Plant in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The expansion is part of Aramco’s strategy to increase natural gas processing capacity and support the Kingdom’s growing demand for natural gas.
The project is designed to increase the Fadhili Gas Plant’s raw gas processing capacity from approximately 2.5 BSCFD to up to 4.0 BSCFD, adding approximately 1.5 BSCFD of additional raw gas processing capacity. The expansion is also expected to increase sulfur production by approximately 2,300 metric tons per day, with project completion targeted for 2027.

Passive Fire Protection for Critical Infrastructure
Firestop systems are an essential component of passive fire protection in oil and gas facilities. Service penetrations, construction joints, cable trays, pipes and other openings can create pathways through fire-rated barriers if they are not properly protected.
The INCA Firestop products supplied by KRON are engineered to work as part of tested and listed firestop assemblies, helping maintain the integrity of fire-rated walls, floors and other building elements.
For a large-scale gas processing facility such as the Fadhili Gas Increment Project, reliable passive fire protection plays an important role in supporting fire compartmentation, smoke control and the overall fire-resistance strategy of the facility.
